Ron and Don’s Guide to Queen Anne

Of all the neighborhoods in Seattle, there is one that towers above them all, literally. Queen Anne is home to a mix of classic home, modern stunners, and convenient condos.

Split into two distinct neighborhoods, Lower Queen Anne plays home to the iconic Space Needle. Nested next to Seattle Center, Lower Queen Anne is in the heart of it all. Small coffee shops, corner bars, and local restaurants make it a favorite. Sports fans love being able to walk to Climate Pledge Arena and the many festivals throughout the year.

Upper Queen Anne is known for the most iconic view in the city in Kerry Park. You’ll find 19th century homes lining the green walkways. Looking for something to do after work? You’ll love walking Queen Anne Ave’s stylish shops and cafes.

Originally, Queen Anne played home to Seattle’s elite familys. You can still find many original mansions nested on the hillside among modern condos and craftsman homes.
